1. Service Description

ProCryptoReports ("Service") provides AI-powered cryptocurrency analysis reports for educational and informational purposes. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Not Financial Advice

All analysis, reports, forecasts, price targets, and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not rely on this information as the sole basis for any investment decision.

Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and carry substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

4. Overage Charges

If you exceed your plan's monthly analysis limit, you may purchase additional analyses at your plan's overage rate. A confirmation screen showing the exact charge is displayed before each overage analysis. Overage charges are added to your next invoice and are non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 7 days of your charge. Refunds are not available for analyses already generated.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or publish reports generated by the Service without written permission. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or circumventing usage limits is prohibited.

7. Data Sources & Accuracy

Our reports incorporate data from third-party sources including CoinGecko and on-chain analytics. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any data. Market conditions can change rapidly and data may be delayed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProCryptoReports and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any investment losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
